      Description

During the workshop in Oslo some users described the need for handling time series data with very irregular samplings (and irregular integration periods) such as wet deposition data.

Could CIS handle this as a one dimensional gridded dataset, or would we be better off creating bounds in ungridded data. Can we just guess the bounds as and when we need to? When exactly do we need to worry about bounds anyway?
