      Description

The user would be able to output data to KML (presumably by specifying the file extension). This would allow them to view the data in google earth. As a frist go it might be enough to just have a python interface to do this.

See the KML docs here: https://developers.google.com/kml/documentation/

This would also allow output to google earth engine.

I need to think about when to output paths, and when to output flat images, which get output differently. I either need to introduce a flag for different data types (which would also allow some optimisations) or make some assumptions based on the presence of altitude coordinates. This might be easier once we have different Ungridded types.
