      Description

      Since updating the nn_gridded kernel to handle hybrid height coordiantes this now takes a lot longer - but it's not obvious that it should have slowed it down significantly. Perhaps creating an alternative kernel when hybrid altitude is present would be best.

      Otherwise it might be worth investigating the IRIS API for interpolation to see if we can interpolate many points at once, this would probably involve a new Collocator.
