      Description

When reading e.g. ECHAM data which is on a hybrid pressure grid, we should check to see if auxiliary altitude coordinates also exist and load those as well. Any co-location should use the primary coordinate by default but allow the user to specify altitude where possible (e.g. in defining a box).

We should also check this is usable throughout for e.g. plotting and aggregation, although this isn't part of the acceptance criteria for this story.
