      Description

The following command correctly subsets pressure in this ECHAM file:

      cis subset mmrbc:/group_workspaces/jasmin/cis/data/ECHAM/2008_3D_3hr/ECHAM6.1-HAM2.2_GLOFIR1_2008_mmrbc.pl.nc t=[2008-03-29T23:48:00],z=[10000]

With this line in the log:

      Setting limit for dimension 'air_pressure' [10000.0, 10000.0]

However, z is described in the documentation as 'altitude'. No mention is made of pressure, unlike in aggregation where 'p' is listed as a variable for pressure.

      Subsetting with p:

      cis subset mmrbc:/group_workspaces/jasmin/cis/data/ECHAM/2008_3D_3hr/ECHAM6.1-HAM2.2_GLOFIR1_2008_mmrbc.pl.nc t=[2008-03-29T23:48:00],p=[10000]

doesn't correctly subset the data (though it doesn't throw any errors).

We should make 'p' map to pressure for subsetting as it does in aggregation, or at least make it explicit in the docs that this is the case.
