      Description

Some files have missing values in their coordinates - e.g. the NCAR RAF file /group_workspaces/jasmin/cis/jasmin_cis_repo_test_files/RF04.20090114.192600_035100.PNI.nc has missing values in the CGALT altitude coordinate.

A CF compliant coordinate should never have missing values but since this is ungridded, these are not technically CF coordinates so this is allowed.

This is currently responsible for the failing test jasmin_cis.test.integration.test_subset.TestTemporalSubsetAllProductsNamedVariables.test_subset_NCAR_RAF because the subsetting code does not expect missing values in the coordinates. This can be fixed fairly easily but we'd need to understand what we expect subsetting to do with missing points (presumably exclude them?)

It's not clear if there are other parts of CIS that could be affected by this, or if they're already OK with missing points in coordinates.
